Atomic Energy Regulatory Board

The Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) was constituted in the year 1983 November 15, to perform certain regulatory and safety functions. The main mission of AREB is to ensure that the use of ionizing radiation and nuclear energy in India does not cause undue risk to health and the environment. The Different Divisions of AERB are 1. RSD 2.IPSD 3.OPSD 4.NPSD 5.CE& SED 6.SADD 7.ITSD 8.SRI
