Atoconeura pseudeudoxia is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is found in Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
