Atoconeura kenya is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is found in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
