Atoconeura aethiopica is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is endemic to Ethiopia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
