  • Limited VESA VBE support
  • Video memory: 1, 2, 4 or 8 MiB DRAM, VRAM, or SGRAM

  • Variants:
    • "Mach64 CT" with integrated RAMDAC
    • "264VT" - a Mach64 core with enhanced video playback capabilities
    • "3D Rage" - Mach64 2D engine with basic 3D acceleration added
