Athiradee is a song from the Kollywood film Sivaji: The Boss starring Rajinikanth and Shriya Saran, directed by Shankar. The music was composed by the A. R. Rahman, lyrics were written by Vaali and sung by A. R. Rahman and Sayonara. Background voices have been given by singers Karthik, Naresh Iyer, and Mohammed Aslam.

The song is picturized as Sivaji (Rajinikanth) being a James Bond like figure; he is also referring to being like him in the song. The song involves Tamizlselvi being a woman visiting the market when it is attacked by a gang armed with guns. The gang's members all have masks on their faces. Then Sivaji makes an entrance lying back with a hat on his face with his feet on the handles of a motor bike. Then he suddenly hits the brakes and jumps off the motor bike and his guitar falls into his hands. He then commences to shoot the gang members, and saves Tamizlselvi. This song involves a lot of shooting with guns although there is no blood from the bullets.

The pretense for this song is that Sivaji and Tamizlselvi are newly married and it is their first night, and Sivaji gives examples of how it can be enjoyed in various songs. Three different songs are shown before Athiradee, the first being Sivaji Ganeshan's then MGR (the past superstars of Tamil cinema) ending it with Kamal Hasan's. After seeing the three songs in her mind she tells him that she wants a song which has Sivaji's "Athiradee and Style", and the song begins.
