[edit] Best weather thing.

I've seen on many places (websites for examples) - including this wiki entry - that they keep claiming that the National Geographic Society conducted a study where they considered that Atenas was the city that had on of 'The best Climates in the World'. However, it is never accompanied by the source of that asseveration. So, could you please include when and where was this stated to be considered an actual fact?
