Asuppim

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the Old Testament, the Asuppim, translated "house of stores" in the Authorized Version and just "storehouse" in the Revised Version, was the house of stores for the temple priests. In Neh 12:25 the Authorized Version has "thresholds," "treasuries" or "assemblies." See also Ch1 26:15-17.
