Please remove your user page from this category. Read the note at the top of the category page - you are not a notable wikipedian and so do not belong in the category. Thanks. -- Moe Aboulkheir 21:58, 7 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fred's Garden
I updated the sculptors, but don't feel competent to write an article on Sophie Ryder. Don't particulaly care about the non-sculpture aspects.Pustelnik 23:32, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
Hey, Welcome to Wikipedia. As for the copyright, if you want to write something, write it in the temp link off that page. The main page needs to be deleted due to the copyright violation. Then whatever is written in the temp page will be moved into the main article space. Don't worry, somebody will clean out the copy vio page eventually. Burgundavia 22:03, Jun 17, 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Wikinews demo up and running
Hi!
I'm writing to let you know that the Wikimedia Board of Trustees has approved the first stage of the Wikinews project. There's now a fully operational English demo site at demo.wikinews.org. This will be used for experimenting with various review models and basic policies before the site is launched officially in about a week. demo.wikinews.org will become the English version later.
You voted for the Wikinews project, so I'm asking for your participation now. Everything is open, nothing is final. What Wikinews will and can be depends in large part on you. There already is a global Wikinews mailing list for discussing the project. If you are interested at all, please subscribe -- coordination is of key importance. There's also an IRC channel #wikinews on irc.freenode.net. Realtime discussion can help to polish up articles.
If you're looking for something to do, check out the articles in development and articles in review. Or start a new story in the Wikinews workspace, or ignore the proposed review system - it's up to you. I hope you'll join us soon in this exciting experiment.--Eloquence* 01:58, Nov 17, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright violation
Hiya, about a month ago you sent a copyright violation notice to these people and they're still in violation. Wanna do a second warning letter? EagleFalconn 20:38, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Meta
I left a message regarding MediaWiki hacks on your meta talk page. I won't repeat it here, but i just wanted to notify you. Thank You, shardsofmetal 21:04, September 5, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] FIRST
I've noticed that you are part of a Wikipedian FIRSTers category. May I suggest adding the {{User FIRST}} userbox to your page? That will add you to another category of FIRST members that is a bit bigger. Jared W 18:51, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
- Maybe later, if you tell me how to use the stupid template! (references {{{1}}} a few too many times) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Astronouth7303 (talk • contribs).
[edit] WikiProject Free Software
Hi Astronouth, I notice that you're interested in open-source/free software. Please consider joining WikiProject Free Software. We're just starting out, and we could really use some members. Thanks! Geekman314(contact me) 18:25, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Circular buffer
I couldn't believe circular buffer didn't exist before you created it a couple days ago. I have added numerous images and prose so I thought you might wish to chip in now that you have some more material to work with. Cburnett 03:12, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Me neither. Copyright infringement, apparently. --Astronouth7303 03:19, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Maxthon.png)
Thanks for uploading Image:Maxthon.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. —Remember the dot (talk) 22:42, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
