The text of the article "Nikah al Misyar" was taken (except for the sections "Misyar marriage in practice" and "Shi'a view") from an article by Khalid Chraibi entitled "Misyar marriage", which appears in a blog of the same name, in which it is stated that "the article can be freely reproduced in its entirety or in excerpts for non-commercial purposes, on condition that the author and the source be clearly identified."

Hello, I'm not sure I understand your observation. First, let's keep things separate : the Misyar marriage is one article, and the fatwa article is something else. This is not about Misyar marriage, this is about Fatwa. I'm sorry for the effort you put into your contribution (although it's still available via the "history" tab). Although we encourage editors to be bold, it's not recommended that you try to rewrite a whole lengthy article that's been the subject of much discussion. I recommend that you work on individual sections - but before you do, you might to want to read the pages WP:NOR and WP:NPOV. If you would like to make a really major change to the article, it's recommended to discuss it at the talk page first. Thanks for your understanding, and thanks for your contributions. Aster77 : Ok. Thanks for your observations. I've read the pages you indicated to me and rephrased my additions accordingly. I hope they now fit with the spirit of the article. I think the Obeikan addition is very useful for the reader, to set the fatwa understanding in perspective.
