Astylosternus occidentalis is a species of frog in the Astylosternidae family. It is found in Ivory Coast, Guinea, Sierra Leone, and possibly Liberia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
