Astrakhan Airlines is an airline based in Astrakhan, Russia. It operates domestic and international passenger and cargo schedules and charters. Its main base is Narimanovo Airport, Astrakhan.[1]

The airline was established in 1994. The first official airport was built in Astrakhan in 1936. In 1954 all Astrakhan flight squads and the airport were merged into the Astrakhan Integrated Airsquad. Astrakhan Airlines was formed as a result of the separation of airline from the airport. It is owned by the Board of Directors (65%), Concrete Structures Plant (Gazprom subsidiary) (25%) and employees and investors (10%).[1]
