ASTAR (company)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
ASTAR an initialism for Agrupacion Social Trabajadores Armeros, S.A.L., was the name of a Spanish Firearms company.
After STAR Firearms went out of business, it was merged with Astra Firearms. Astra went out of business at the same time as STAR. This new company began making weapons as ASTAR (Astra+Star = ASTAR).
Another semi-merger, this time employe driven, has been IPAR Guns [1] in Eibar, which produces spare parts for some STAR and ASTRA guns and also services them.
