Association pour l'air pur

The Association pour l’air pur (ALAP) is concerned with improving the air quality in the province of Québec in Canada.

The ALAP is aiming at reducing the deleterious effects of air pollution on human health and the environment. The Association is working on particulate matter (PM) that is mainly produced by wood heating (in the province of Quebec). It is also working on other topics such as backyard burning, diesel fuel and the proliferation of the use of beauty products containing irritating chemicals.
