Aspidosperma cylindrocarpon (syn. Aspidosperma brevifolia Rusby., Aspidosperma cylindrocarpon Müll.Arg. var. genuinum, Aspidosperma cylindrocarpon Müll.Arg. var. macrophyllum, Aspidosperma lagoense Müll.Arg.) is a timber tree native from Brazil, which is typical in Atlantic Forest, Cerrado and Pantanal vegetation. This plant is cited in Flora Brasiliensis by Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius. In addition, it is useful for beekeeping.
