This page is a work in progress and needs some time to be properly written. It is definitly noteworthy and has been referenced in bbcnews,http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asia-pacific/2589815.stm, recently held an event for US Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez, http://www.commerce.gov/NewsRoom/SecretarialTrips/index.htm?parentId=PROD01_004625.

Hello there. The first link you provided indeed comes from a reliable source, but it is what in Wikipedia terminology is called a "passing mention": the article deals with another question, and mentions a piece of data provided by AIPF, but is not concerned with the foundation itself. The second link you provided does not contain any reference at all to the AIPF that I can see, I'm afraid. --Nehwyn 09:18, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
