Asian Television Network International Limited (often just referred to as Asian Television Network or ATN) is a Canadian licensed television broadcaster providing premium programming in several South Asian languages, as well as English, to communities across Canada. ATN has programming alliances with leading broadcasters such as Zee TV, STAR Plus, B4U, Sony Entertainment Television Asia, Alpha ETC Punjabi, ARY Digital, and Jaya TV. It has been broadcasting since 1997 and is a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company is headquartered in Newmarket, Ontario, and is headed by longtime Indo-Canadian broadcasting stalwart Shan Chandrasekar.

ATN operates 14 channels and has licences for an additional 14 channels. In addition, ATN is a major distributor of cricket programming in Canada, as it possesses the Canadian broadcasting rights for many of the top cricket events in the world.

ATN also owns the rights to distribute Indian-based Sony Entertainment Television Asia (Hindi) [2] in Canada.
