The Asian Hospital and Medical Center, established in March 15, 2002 with Jorge Garcia, MD, an alumnus from Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, Institute of Medicine, as its founding chairman, is the first private tertiary hospital built in the southern region of Metro Manila.It currently stands on a land area within the vicinity of Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines, measring 17,258-square meters that both includes the main hospital building and the hospital's medical offices.
The hospital is fully operated, owned and managed by a registered Filipino company and is accompanied by the hospital Bangkok-based partner Bumrungrad International which is involved in the latest medical technological advancement, and provision of health care in Philippine national standards.
Asian Hospital and Medical Center is formally linked with Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.

The medical center provides general and specialized medical services and facilities in various fields and medical disciplines in order to meet specific patient's needs. Qualified physicians in respective specialties are currently under the roster of clinical employees of the medical center. Such specialists are practising under the discipline of neuroscience, anesthesiology, dentistry, dermatology, emregency, and internal medicine, ophthalmology, pediatrics and surgery (such as emergency and cosmetic surgery).

The medical center has been licensed by the Philippine Department of Health and is affiliated with and accredited to the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), and is recognized by the Philippine consumers in terms of quality services and in the field of marketing.
Currently Asian Hospital is not participating in international healthcare accreditation, although there are plans to take this forward.
