[edit] Leadership

AACF is a student-led and student-initiated campus ministry. Student leaders develop a theme for each year to organize the year's focus and activities during the summer. During the summer, a Leadership Training Conference is held in The Oaks in Lake Hughes, California to train and equip leadership teams. In addition to student leaders, almost every campus has a Campus Minister (staff member) who partner with students to serve on campus through encouragement and empowerment. Leadership prays and cares for the campus community and follows God's love as a model for leadership to reach the campus for Jesus Christ. [2]
