[edit] January 2008

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Wikipedia. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. [edit] National Sport

You had actually changed the national sport of Australia from Cricket to Australian Rules Football, and did not provide a source. That is why I reverted the edit. If you could find a source and place the website between <ref> and </ref> next to the section, than that would make the edit have a far less chance of being reverted. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. STORMTRACKER 94 12:38, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Stephen Fleming.jpg

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Stephen Fleming.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 18:33, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of The Eastern Aces

A tag has been placed on The Eastern Aces requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit] March 2008

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Jamaica, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. - BillCJ (talk) 21:33, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Trinidad and Tobago. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. - BillCJ (talk) 21:33, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Proposed deletion of "Cata Greloni"

The deletion of an article you created, Cata Greloni, has been proposed for the following reason:

The subject of the article doesn't seem noteworthy enough to havne an article.

You are welcome to improve the article to meet Wikipedia's quality standards and remove the deletion notice from the article. You may also remove the notice if you disagree with the deletion, though in such cases, further discussion may take place at Articles for deletion, and the article may still be deleted if there is a consensus to do so.

Wikipedia has certain standards for inclusion that all articles must meet. Certain types of article must establish the notability of their subject by asserting its importance or significance. Additionally, since Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, content inappropriate for an encyclopedia, or content that would be more suited to somewhere else (such as a directory or social networking website) is not acceptable. See What Wikipedia is not for the relevant policy. You may wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

[edit] Sports of India

Your edits to Sports of India was an example of unhelpful edits and may be seen as Vandalism. In future, please refrain from making such changes to articles. Thanks. Shovon (talk) 08:59, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] National Sport

While this isn't an offical warning, you are to stop immediately. Your claims are unsourced. It might get more serious if you don't. Guy0307 (talk) 13:06, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
