Hi Ash, thanks for your comments. The RMIT article had some serious NPOV issues. Everything that I removed was not really encyclopaedic (as opposed to truth) but Wikipedia isn't supposed to cover everything. Basically, if you want a model article, look at the featured articles such as Duke University. as for headings, there were an excessive amount of headings making a really big table of contents. see WP:HEAD.
