[edit] Merge proposal

I propose that Ashtar Sheran be merged into this article on the following grounds: that both articles are rather short (and so there is room); that Ashtar Sheran is not notable outside of AGC - both articles would be fine on one page; and finally (although this is trivial), that this article would be improved by the rather splendid picture of him!
