[edit] Categories?

I saw that he was listed in the wrong order in the category page for guantanamo detainees. When I came here to fix that I saw he was one of the Iraqis who was abused by dogs in Abu Ghraib. So he doesn't belong in the Guantanamo category.

I changed the category back to extrajudicial. Is he an extrajudicial prisoner? Maybe. The USA arguably breached the Geneva Conventions by using unmuzzled dogs on him. Capturing him, long enough to determine if US suspicions of him were correct, would not have been a violation of the Geneva Convention, if he had been treated humanely. -- Geo Swan 21:32, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
