[edit] Middle name

Where has the middle name came from?

Several uses of Cashley instead of Ashley.

[edit] Petulance

How about a section on his autobiography and his heartbreaking tale of how Arsenal wouldn't stump up the extra £5,000 to keep him at the club? --81.129.79.35 21:26, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

I agree, quotes from his autobiography of him having to pull his car over to the side of the road sue to his incandesant rage at being offered 'only' £55,000 per week instead of £60,000 by Arsenal. Inanimate 13:11, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Supporters

There are several references to supporters, this smacks of opinion not fact --Vivbaker 08:36, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

I think the club career should be tidied up. It deals too much with the transfer saga --User:jordan5nick

I don't think it deals too much with the transfer, but rather too little with his seven years at the club. All his triumphs with the club are essentially boiled down to two sentences! Of course it could use some tidying up, but even more so, a substantial write-up of his time at Arsenal. Poulsen 13:11, 1 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] stats

the stats table is not only not updated but reflects some inaccurate calculations: if he played 156 times for arsenal, then the total games in his career cannot be 156! well he's no longer in arsenal - whom im much more partial towards - so i guess its much to the chelsea fans to update his stuff. Thedigger 08:52, 5 March 2007 (UTC) One problem mate - Chelsea are a little short on fans ;)

[edit] Book & advance

I got my original 150,000 figure wrong. The calculation of 75,000 books to break even was based on it requiring 300,000 to break even on a £1m advance, and Cole took £250,000. See citation from the Independent. If this too presumptious, please accept my apologies and feel free to delete. Hammer15 23:35, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wedding

According to BBC News http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/5182542.stm they didn't get married in Newbury. 82.10.97.230 00:03, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

75.130.8.198 left a comment here (I don't know why he/she didn't put it on this page). I just wanted to put a link here so that it would not get missed.--Falconus|Talk 20:47, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Let's not dodge the issues...

Why is there no mention of his homosexual allegations? And the fact that his marriage is widely believed to be a coverup.

Also, Perry Groves' autobiography has to date successfully outsold cAshleys binded toilet paper. Can this be changed from "attempt"?

- I think a far greater issue is being ignored, namely that he is a greedy snot nosed cunt. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.72.13.78 (talk) 12:10, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Had a great night last week with Ashley...what a lucky boy I am! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.132.71.14 (talk) 00:20, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
