[edit] Suggested change to Operational Member's table
How about splitting the Operational member's table in to two pieces (Staff and Line positions) and filling in the names of current Staff positions, such as below...

Along with a note that Officer elections are held on the first Monday of each December, and that up to 10 Sergeants are appointed by the Chief in January.
