Ashraf Bilal or Mohammad Ashraf Bilal is a Pakistani Industrialist. He is the current chairman and CEO of CitiPolyPack and Ashraf Engineering. He was named one of the top 50 most influential businessmen in Pakistan, in 2002[1]. Under his leadership CitiPolyPack and Ashraf Engineering became the largest producer of plastic packaging machinery in the Middle Eastern Sub Continent.
