Ashley Eicher is an on-air entertainment personality from Louisville, Kentucky who competed in the Miss America pageant. Eicher was selected as Miss Tennessee 2004 and served Governor Phil Bredesen and the Tennessee Department of Education as a spokesperson for the state of Tennessee. She has spoken to over 85,000 people across the state. She competed in the Miss America 2004 pageant broadcast live from Atlantic City, New Jersey in September 2004, and won a non-finalist talent award.

Named as one of "Nashville’s 25 Most Beautiful People" by Nashville Lifestyles Magazine, Eicher began her career as an on-air personality for the entertainment industry. Reporting for ABC.com to a worldwide audience, she co-hosted the "Countdown to the 40th Annual CMA Awards", an eleven-part special culminating on the award show's red carpet. During the event, Eicher interviewed numerous musicians and celebrities such as Carrie Underwood, Leann Rimes and Eva Longoria. In addition to her on-air duties for ABC, Ashley also has appeared on the Fine Living Network as a Nashville local reporter for the show We Live Here.

In February 2007, Ashley won a Gracie Award for Individual Achievement in as an Outstanding Program Host.[1] She will accept the award at the 32nd Annual Gracie Awards Gala in mid-2007. Other notable recipients of Gracie Awards in 2007 are Tina Fey, Soledad O'Brien, and Ann Curry. The Gracie Awards celebrate the best and the brightest women in radio, television, cable, and new media.

Eicher has taught voice and performance for many years. She is a volunteer instructor at W.O. Smith School of Music, which was established to provide high quality musical instruction to children from low-income families.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky where she graduated from Eastern High School, Eicher attended Middle Tennessee State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Business and a Masters degree in Mass Communications.

She is a member of ASCAP and American Women in Radio & Television.
