Ashley Avery Ambrose (born September 17, 1970 in New Orleans, Louisiana) is a former professional American football cornerback for several NFL teams during the 1990s and early 2000s. He was a one time Pro Bowl selection in 1996 while he was playing with the Cincinnati Bengals, the team for which he played for from 1996 to 1998. Ambrose also played for the Indianapolis Colts from 1992 to 1995, the New Orleans Saints in 1999 and again for two seasons in 2003 and 2004 and the Atlanta Falcons from 2000 to 2002. He attended Mississippi Valley State University and has forty-two career interceptions for 512 yards and three touchdowns. Prior to the 2005 season, he tried out for the Kansas City Chiefs.wife Monica went to the Amazing Race 4 with her friend Sheree. Recently, Ambrose has been signed to be a defensive technical intern for the University of Colorado football team.[1]
