Ashikagashi Station (足利市駅 Ashikagashi eki?) is a station on the Tobu Railway company, located in Ashikaga, Tochigi prefecture, Japan.

- August 27, 1907 Opened as Ashikagamachi Station (足利町駅 -eki?).
- August 25, 1924 Renamed to Ashikagashi Station (足利市駅 -eki?)
- July 23, 1980 Elevated.

Tōbu Ashikagashi station is on the south bank of the Watarase River, in the rapidly expanding south side of town, with strip malls, big-box retailers, and ample parking.
- JR Ashikaga Station is located 1 kilometre northeast of the station.
- Ashikaga Gakkō(足利学校):referred to as the oldest school in Japan.
- Orihime Shrine(織姫神社):This shrine was built in 1879,the guardians of the textile city, Ashikaga.
- Bannaji Temple(鑁阿寺):It is a temple known for its association with the Ashikaga clan.
