Ashikagashi Station (足利市駅 Ashikagashi eki?) is a station on the Tobu Railway company, located in Ashikaga, Tochigi prefecture, Japan.

Tōbu Ashikagashi station is on the south bank of the Watarase River, in the rapidly expanding south side of town, with strip malls, big-box retailers, and ample parking.

  • JR Ashikaga Station is located 1 kilometre northeast of the station.
  • Ashikaga Gakkō(足利学校):referred to as the oldest school in Japan.
  • Orihime Shrine(織姫神社):This shrine was built in 1879,the guardians of the textile city, Ashikaga.
  • Bannaji Temple(鑁阿寺):It is a temple known for its association with the Ashikaga clan.
