Ash Green is a village in the Nuneaton and Bedworth district of Warwickshire, England, and has a common border with the town of Bedworth. It is within the Coventry/Bedworth Urban Area, the conurbation that includes Coventry and Bedworth, and some people regard Ash Green as a suburb of Coventry. However, the Coventry-Warwickshire border is actually some distance away in nearby Exhall.

Ash Green has a small post office, a sweet shop, as well as a school, and three local playing fields. Blackberry Lane is on the outskirts towards Exhall and Holbrooks and has a full-size football pitch, while Vicarage Lane is at the other end of the village, and neighbours the village of Goodyear's End. Vicarage Lane is home to tennis courts which have, in recent years, become a meeting place for anti-social teenagers, who are usually to be found lingering around the area between 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Ash Green is also the location of "Piggy Park", a playground for small children, but which has also become a target of anti-social behaviour.

Ash Green School is situated in Ash Green Lane. It used to be a hospital back in the 1920s, but was converted into a secondary school following the Second World War. It was called Exhall School for a short while during the 1980s, but has since reverted to its former name following confusion with Exhall Grange School, which is in neighbouring Exhall.^{[citation needed]}
