The CSS in this page sort of breaks (meaning things are overlapping), on my browser (Firefox), at least. Maybe the text could be a little longer? Armedblowfish 18:01, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

I guess it's ok now. Some text was added. --Tone 20:31, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hermoid pronunciation?

Ok, I don't know much about this so I figure I'll ask.

Why is it spelled "Hermoid" but pronounced "Hermiad"? An explanation would be much appreciated. Faris b 03:54, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

Ok, I removed the thing about krumping seeing as how it's a kind of dance, I find it highly unlikely that an Asgard, with their fragile bodies do that sort of thing. Faris b 03:59, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Kvasir

This page should be merged with Kvasir (Stargate) as all other major Asgard characters are listed here, including those seen more often on the series GusF 17:43, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

Why does it say that Kvasir commanded an Asgard ship at the Battle of p3y-229. In Flesh and Blood General Landry states that the four Ori battlecruisers "cut through two of our 304's, an Asgard ship, and a fleet of Goa'uld Mother ships" If Kvasir was indeed in command of the Asgard ship he would be dead and yet he is clearly aboard the Odyssey. Doesnt it seem more likely that some other Asgard was in command and that he was just an emissary. Why would the commander leave his ship when he knows a battle is about to commence.

He wasn't aboard the Odyssey until after the battle, he either beamed himself over, or was beamed over by the Odyssey, prior to his ships destruction, just like some crew members of the Korolev. JBK405 14:34, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

Are we sure the Asgard ship had been destroyed? It's shields are superior to the shields on board the Odyssey, and even that ship was able to survive. Maybe it retreated from the battle after it was heavily damaged. That would also explain why it wasn't there to help the Odyssey in "Flesh and Blood". Maartentje 17:55, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

We don't actually have any clue what happened to the Asgard ship, it was never seen taking any damage and there was never any dialogue addressing how it fared in the battle. Right now it's fate is "Unknown" JBK405 18:05, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Where is Thor?

This is getting weird, we haven't seen Thor since "Reckoning, pt. 1". Where is he? Obviously, he can't be killed permanently because he'd be cloned again. Why has he been substituted by Kvasir? I prefer Thor, he is the Asgard who likes humans the most, Kvasir and Hermoid seem to generally be annoyed by humans.

Any official word on this? Now that the show is done for, I am afraid that we won't ever see Thor again.

Maybe Michael Shanks is getting tired of doing the eunuch-like voice every few eps... I know I would be. Maartentje 12:09, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
