This article was nominated for deletion on 6 January 2007. The result of the discussion was no consensus.

The article should not be deleted because it is a significant place in Dubuque, Iowa. Although user Adam12901 may not feel that this article has important subject matter, nonetheless Asbury Plaza is an important part of the Dubuque community. It demonstrates some of the changes which are happening to the local economy, and some of the new businesses which have turned the city around. Also, please give some time for the article to develop, as I just began it last night!!
