Talk:As It Happens
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The articles currently says "As It Happens is distributed in the United States by American Public Media, which means that the program is carried on some affiliate stations of Public Radio International. " But American Public Media and PRI are completely separate operations. Who actually distributes this program in the U.S.? older≠wiser 03:40, Dec 8, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] List of Hosts
Is there a way we can organize the list of hosts into a chart that shows more clearly which hosts worked with each other? I have a vague memory from childhood (that appears to be incorrect) of Mary Lou hosting the show together with Alan Maitland. Did they ever work together?
- Mary Lou might very well have been an occasional guest host during the Maitland years (hell, even Elizabeth Gray came back as an occasional host long after she was "fired"), but she was never Maitland's permanent co-host. I'll see if I can organize it in the manner you suggest, which is a valid idea; I'm just not quite sure how best to actually format that. Bearcat 23:31, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
I was going to make something along the lines of the point above. The hosts should be listed consistently with their role; thus announcer and interviewer always in the same position (presumably interviewer first, announcer second). I think it would be tough to list all the guest hosts over the years. Eusebeus 09:16, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
