The second section of President of the Privy Council reads decidedly with an unencyclopedic tone – we all know that he was a very nice guy that everyone must admire (?), but the text shall not force us by making advertizements for Arvid Horn. I have a slight allergy against: "bold", "strong enough to prevent", "bitterly but unjustly accused", "triumphant". The last sentence just S*XX Horribly! and gives any sane person nausea.
