Arvo Ossian Aaltonen (December 2, 1892 – June 17, 1949) was a Finnish swimmer who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics, 1920 Summer Olympics and 1924 Summer Olympics.
In the 1912 Olympics he was sixth in the semifinal of 200 m breaststroke event and third in the semifinal of 400 m breaststroke event and did not advance in both occasions,
Eight years later in the 1920 Olympics he won a bronze medal in both 200 m breaststroke event and 400 m breaststroke event.
Four years later in Paris he was fourth in the first round of 200 m breaststroke event and did not advance.
He was born in Pori.
