Arvie Lowe Jr. (born on February 3, 1978) is an American actor who guest starred in shows like City Guys, Moesha and Thea. He waas perhaps best known for his recurring roles in Sister, Sister, Smart Guy, and Lizzie McGuire. He also co-starred in feature films like The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Bébé's Kids, Newsies and Trippin'.
