Does anyone know why this was AfD'd?

Indeed, this is something I wonder about too. Why was it AfD'd the second time? It was only up for a couple of days, and had a decent amount of reliable sources. It is also a well written, informational article. I don't understand. --SkinnyZan 22:09, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
