[edit] Non-admin closure
There are rules about when a non-admin closure is appropriate; and since this AfD does not meet the speedy keep criteria, it's not a candidate for a non-admin closure. You didn't close it properly in any event, Blechnic. Have a little patience; an admin will come along and close it as "keep" in due course. Deor (talk) 02:02, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- It's no longer a AfD--it's been withdrawn. It doesn't have any criteria to meet. The rules you posted for me are all about closing AfDs--this is no longer an AfD. Have a little patience, yourself. --Blechnic (talk) 02:04, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- But, if you post the rules for closing a non-AfD I'll be glad to read them. Maybe you can, also, before you post them, then we can both be in the know. --Blechnic (talk) 02:04, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- The rules can be found by clicking on the links in my first message above. Specifically, this does not qualify for a speedy keep because of item 1 at WP:SK#Applicability, since a user other than the nom has registered a "delete" opinion (even though the nominator withdrew). There's no hurry; the discussion is scheduled for closure within the next 24 hours, anyway. However, if you persist in attempting to improperly close it yourself, I'll have to bring the matter up at WP:ANI. Deor (talk) 02:17, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- Uh, no hurry? There's no debate, it's been withdrawn. There's essentially nothing to close.
- However, if you persist in threatening me for doing something I'm not persisting in doing I suggest you fire my ass off to WP:AN/I right away and get some kid to block me to stop me from doing something I'm not doing. Have fun. --Blechnic (talk) 02:35, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
