[edit] Sock Puppet Warning

A "call to arms" has been posted on the Trolltalk forum asking for the members of that forum to band together to defeat this VfD. Be careful of underhanded tactics and look carefully at "Keep" votes to make sure they are not from Trolltalk sockpuppets. Trolltalk is affiliated with the GNAA which has plauged Wikipedia for quite some time now and has resorted to some pretty unwholesome and antisocial activities in order to keep their self-made Wikipedia entry alive through four votes for deletion (even bragging about it while insulting Wikipedia).

Trolltalk is not at all affiliated with GNAA. I urge anon to produce evidence to the contrary. --Bk0 04:32, 20 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Yes sir. Please review these two-thousand three-hundred sixty-eight comments and let me know what conclusions you draw from them.
Congratulations on demonstrating that GNAA members post on trolltalk. It is a PUBLIC forum, genius. Anybody can post there. By your logic, the dozens of forums that have been vandalized by the GNAA are also affiliated with the GNAA. Search slashdot for GNAA and you will find similar results. But that's not what this is really about is it? You people have a vendetta against trolls. Stop deleting perfectly accurate, valid and valuble information just because you hate trolls.

[edit] Ongoing Vandalism Against Votes & Comments

Anonymous users from Trolltalk (in the wake of the "call to arms" posted there earlier today) are vandalizing the votes page, removing votes, removing critical comments, inserting fake votes by forging signatures, etc.

Please check the History page to make sure votes were actually cast by the person in question and not forged!

Partial vandalism log so far (all by 66.82.9.80):

Removes a critial comment

Inserts a fake Keep vote with a fake signature

Deletes a real Delete vote and modifies the previous fake Keep vote

More attempted vote sabotage (by 64.128.101.106):

Does a global search/replace of "Delete" to "Keep"

Brags about it on Trolltalk

  • Please do not refactor the discussion into lists or tables of votes, however much you may think that this helps the process. Again, the votes are not the ends in themselves (Wikipedia is not a democracy). Both the context and the order of the comments are essential to understanding the intents of contributors, both at the discussion closure and during the discussion. Refactoring actually makes the job of making the decision at the closure of discussion much harder, not easier.
  • Anyone can contribute to the discussion and vote, anonymous users as well as pseudonymous users.

[edit] Moving of non-vote Comments to Comments section

by 12.216.68.119:

Declares "Keep" votes void, moves them to Comments --Bk0 11:21, 22 Jun 2005 (UTC)

  • Comment - By Wikipedia policy, these are not votes. I moved all non-votes, regardless of affiliation, to the comments section. The fact that they were all Keep votes only serves as evidence of ongoing vote tampering by trolls.

[edit] Talk page vandalism

Anon tries to cover up tampering of allegedly invalid anon votes --Bk0 11:21, 22 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Talk page vandalism by user "BK0"

This user, who has been flaming and causing trouble on this VfD since the start, is now attempting vandalism. See History for info.

Oh, please. I haven't flamed anyone. Nor have I vandalized anything, my comments consist of a keep vote and a few innocuous comments. --Bk0 11:21, 22 Jun 2005 (UTC)
I have to agree with Bk0. I don't see any evidence he vandalized the page. --JiFish(Talk/Contrib) 22:15, Jun 22, 2005 (UTC)
And he only flamed in the sense that "he stated an opinion with which I disagreed." The troll-hating deletionists are out of control. They're like witch-burners. Babajobu 00:52, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)
YOU FAIL IT (it is trolling)
