I believe The lepracy should should not be deleted from wikipedia, on the grounds that The lepracy "has established a tradition or school in a particular genre". They have established the "Avant-garde-core" tradition of music within the whole experimental music genre, using folk, punk, noise, metal, blues, ambient, and jazz styles in varying combinations within a freeform/improv medium.
