I'm very surprised that this page was deleted. It was done a day after I had started to add the references needed to remove the impression that this was original research by the author and that the entry was on non-notable. It takes a bot of time to dig out print references fro the early 1980's

I have a stock of new references beside me to make the page more Wikipedia compliant - What are the next steps?
