[edit] Repost the last article describing the basic princples behind how Solid Edge work

Base on the last article publish on Solid Edge, i found bizard that the article has been deleted.

The information was retrieve from the help file of Solid Edge where we explain the basic principles of how it work.

When we look at other articles describing product similar to Solid Edge, we found the same structure, if it's not worst. I mean that they do not look more encyclopedic style then the last article post on Solid Edge.

One talks bout their approach to model 3D parts,that is the same has what Solid Edge propose.

Another talks about Functionnality saying they have a more advance parametric modeling, but it still the same approach.

The rest of theirs article describe how their software work. Just like what we see under the last Solid edge article.

They list all the products they resell, for me this sound more has advertizing. They evend list the new feature for the 2007 version.

I wonder why Solid Edge article could not stay in wikipedia while other article are looking more at advertizing.

I believe that some peoples wasn't fair in the treatment give to the Solid Edge article

I would not whant to list those article, some could say that i am biais. i would yes because i append to work with Solid Edge.

But in the other hand, if i am not listing those article it would seem that i shout loud for nothing.

Article on Solidworks Article on Inventor

The only good thing that look like encyclopedic style article is their first paragraph. beside that they just praise their product Solidworks more that inventor.

When we look at the history of the SW page we saw that intentionnaly they try to push commercial information like price, pakage etc.....seing that the same treatement should have been done to this article
