I'm not necessarily disagreeing with the vote for deletion, but the article was a stub for quite some time... so I would think the problem was either that no one noticed it before, or the content itself is lacking. If so, what kind of changes would you like to see? I think it could be argued that Arcade Fire is slightly more than non-notable, and this is merely a bit more information about one of the key band members... so I'd rather improve the entry than delete it, if I could.
