This entire conversation shouldn't even be happening...RA as well as ALOT of other BBS softwares are VERY important! There are still some people who run/use BBS's even now.. The BBS came before, AND led up to the internet. I feel as though people who don't know what a BBS is, what it is all about, should not even have a comment about this..—Preceding unsigned comment added by DarknessBBS (talk • contribs)
- Oh dear god, please don't accuse me of that sort of thing, it's really unkind. I do know about BBS systems, one of my college professors created what was possibly the very first ones as part of a distance education program in the 60s. I was just doing a new-article patrol when I came accross this RemoteAccess. At the time, the page didn't assert anything notable about it(there have been lots of BBS systems, and lots and lots of software for DOS). I added a prod template noting my concern, and it was removed without much explanation, thus I sent it to the community for consensus on the issue. i kan reed 14:10, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
