Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/PhotoshopContest.com
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Delete per nom, if there are other articles similar to this then I would suggest AFD notices on them all. Darrenhusted 15:17, 22 March 2007 (UTC) - Ah and I suppose you will be deleting the Worth1000 article and fark.com? Why not delete the article on Photoshop Contests too. This though similar to that of other sites, is still considerably different to be referred to as it's own photoshop contest website. (Lord David 20:25, 22 March 2007 (UTC))
I would also like to add in regards to the Worth1000 article, that there is only one reference added, in regards to it's books. There has been mention of the various publications, TV shows websites etc. that have recognized Worth1000.
Though I do not disagree with such claims (there is proof), am I mistaken that Wikipedia is based on facts not truths? Am I aware that even if something is true, then there has to be a cited reference to back up the claim? If so, then the Worth1000 article should have been nominated for deletion months ago. Yes, it may seem tedious to cite all references, but it is not as difficult as it may seem. I shall now contribute to that article and provide such a reference. (Lord David 20:32, 22 March 2007 (UTC))
