How long should this discussion stay open? As one editor put it, "AfD's are decided on consensus." There is an overwhelming majority that thinks that the article should be kept.

• Discussions typically remain open for five days, per WP:AFD, but an admin may close it early if the consensus is clear. Since there are some legitimate objections in this case, even though they are far outweighed, I'd expect that it will probably remain open until the five days are up. Either way, though, it's at an admin's discretion when to close. Propaniac 19:13, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
