The reason for deletion is preposterous. The bill is a draft that has been shared with the United States Congress for over a decade. Two representatives have come close to sponsoring it, however the changes it proposes are radical, but no more radical than other legislative proposals. What is unique about the NESARA proposal is that it bills itself as politically doable and is a "transitional" solution to American's monetary and tax challenges.

Simply put, if Fair tax is allowed to stand as a legitimate undisputed wiki article, even though it takes the "radical" step of removing social security and medicare taxes, as well as the income tax; then I don't see why NESARA should deserve any different treatment, since it only gets rid of the income tax, but keep the social security and medicare tax! As a tax proposal in its own right, it should be allowed to stand as an article toe to toe with Fair tax and other tax reform proposals. Unless of course the litmus test for such articles is dependent on the existence of a legitimate bill number (meaning its been submitted to a committee for vote). In which case, the deletion rules should be updated. But since there is no such rule, then the article should stand as is.

Also, one of the largest internet hoaxes was spawned from the idea that Congress members had copies of the bill. This of course is deserving its own article just for the hoax and its scope.

I think anyone reading the article can see for themselves that it mimics the Fair tax article and other legislative proposal articles quite well; and though it could use more work to clean up POV issues, it doesn't deserve an outright deletion.
