Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/Meathead
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
With all due respect, non-notable is a rather relative term. If he actually exists, and there is a following for him, I don't see why the article should be deleted. Personally, I have friends who are extreme NIN fans, and I have heard his name brought up in conversation, despite the fact that I am not on ETS nor a fan of NIN's music...
Were he the one-time author of an article which no one has ever read, or a user simply trying to promote himself, then I'd go for the deletion. However, I don't agree with deleting the page simply because he is not famous enough; I thought wikipedia supported the free and equal dissimination of knowledge that anyone can edit or add to; yes, even NIN fans.--Mikeythetiger 07:20, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
