Whats Per Above? I Deleted Some Of The Stuff You Guys Ask Me To.

"per above" means that the writer agrees with reasoning already posted further up on the page. "per nom" means that the writer agrees with the nomination's reasons (it took me a while to figure that out myself!). And I'm afraid that I think the major problem is that the subject of the article isn't notable enough to have an entry at wikipedia, rather than the content of the entry itself.
