I personally think this page should not be deleted as it is not advertisement, merely information about the game, how to play it, tips and stuff. Its a popular game so people could be looking for this information and it would be easily found on this site.

Wikipedia has entries for other online simulation games such as Battlemaster http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BattleMaster and Runescape http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RuneScape

This Equine-ranch article is not much different and if we are going to delete the Equine-ranch article because it is a game, then we should also delete the other two articles just to be fair.Hobo14 12-8-2005

Both of those articles are much more wikified and much better structured than this one. And, as far as I can tell, a lot more notable than this game, especially Runescape. Evan Seeds (talk) 23:17, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Noteworthy or article hijacking??

Basically if one game is "Noteworthy" enough to have a entry then ALL games should be allowed to have an entry. If one interactive game is allowed but others are not they WHY have a category at all for online games? Either ALL game articles should be treated the same or ALL game articles should be deleted. If you have an issue with the way the article was written, you and anyone else registered as a user has the right to modify the article to fit the rules of the site. And Evan Seeds/metalcore424 you really should use the same handle all the way through a discussion instead of hijacking the discussion with two different names. Maybe you have an issue with the game because it is centered around horses instead of blood and guts or Sci-fi type stuff? Not every one likes the blood and guts games or the sci fi stuff. A game article should not be selected for deletion just because it is not "Noteworthy" in one persons eyes. Again if you have an issue with the way it was written you could have easily written a message to the original writer and gave him/her some pointers or edited the article yourself. If you have no other real purpose here than to vandalize this article them maybe you should just leave.Hobo14

Surely you can't honestly be saying that because a hugely popular game like Runescape is notable, than this equine ranch game is notable? Plus, it was pure advertisement when I first listed it (check the history if you don't believe me). I indeed was going to just add NPOV, but the author continually removed the notice, so i was advised by someone the the IRC channel to AfD it.

And, as to the ad hominem arguments, they really don't get you anywhere. Especially considering I'd rather play Transport Tycoon than your so called blood and guts games. And, "hijacking the argument"? I merely changed my signature. Evan Seeds (talk) 05:07, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
